The location to 7 Eleven and beach. Lots of chickens and dogs around the apartment.

Unfortunately dirty old kitchen utensils, when we pointed this out to our landlady she told us that it couldn't be dirty. We then bought our own pot, cups and cutting board. Bathroom wasn't really clean either (hair in the sink). Bad price/performance ratio.
